    Ugh! Quite frustrating that the police and MB Justice have seemingly focused their efforts mostly on the Hells Angels (Project Divide). It is time to put the resources into cracking down on gangs like the Manitoba Warriors and Indian Posse who have no qualms with threatening the public and conducting their 'business' and violence on the streets. Maybe law enforcement is trying to be understanding, seeing how most all of the low-life gangers no doubt suffer from Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

    I believe it is the Warriors who wear the black and white (usually involving a NY Yankee hat), and the Posse wearing read. Downtown Portage Ave and Portage Place is clearly Warrior territory, so red is a dangerous colour to be exhibiting. One thing they have all have common is delusions that they are black guys from 'the ghetto'... bunch of G-Unit wannabes! These morons have probably confused the Downtown BIZ Patrol (red shirts) for rival gangers as well.
