I used to live in Alberta and had private insurance for my car. When I moved back to Manitoba my insurance dropped by a third. Now MPI is giving me half of what I paid them back.

I tell my coworkers who always bitch about MPI that private insurance is no better. You can't convince motorcyclists though, they get screwed.
