    By the path of the tire tracks, those hits look deliberate. That f*cking asshole should be made to pay for insurance deductibles and/or costs to repair fences and garages. No money? The driver has a car; sell that to pay for repairs. Car's a write-off? Divvy up the MPI payout to make restitution. Win-Win. Victims get free repairs and you get one less asshole driver on the streets....dp
