ReplyDeleteAnd, of course they need to break-out the data by major cities (CMA > 200K). Otherwise, say, there is a murder in Somerset, MB, with a population of less than 1000. The per capita rate would be extreme, so it is unfair to smaller cities/towns to be included in the list with big cities.
