    Awesome idea! Put the hookers in day-glo pink vests. The homeless in flourescent green vests. Crackheads and huffers in yellow vests. It will save time when approached on how to respond.
    Orange vest - get a job ya bum
    Pink vest - how much?
    Green vest - see orange vest
    Yellow vest - no response required; they wont remember anyway
