    from the bad things happen in threes file:

    1) Shopper's Expansion, check
    2) Papa George's replaced with a Tim's (It is the worst possible outcome so you know it's going to happen)
    3) Wildcard! I predict, Osborne Village Inn replaced with Buffalo Wild Wings. WITH cherry on top; Osborne fire hall sold to Shindico for $1 for use as surface level parking for said Buffalo Wild Wings.

    Make it so!
